Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 September 2026
By using FiscalFox you agree to these terms. FiscalFox is operated by an individual developer based in India. Contact: pratiknayak2710@gmail.com.
1. What FiscalFox is
FiscalFox reads bank transaction-alert emails from your Gmail (with your permission) and presents them as a spending ledger. It is an early-access product provided for personal, non-commercial use, currently by invitation only.
2. Your account and access
- You must be at least 18 and use your own Google account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or remove access for abuse, security reasons, or to comply with Google's policies or the law.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- access the service other than through the provided interface;
- probe, scan, or attempt to breach its security, or disrupt it for others;
- use it to process data you are not authorised to access.
Authorised security testing is welcome — email us first at pratiknayak2710@gmail.com.
4. Your data
Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete all of it, and revoke Gmail access, at any time from your dashboard.
5. Accuracy — no warranty
FiscalFox parses free-text emails and may miss, duplicate, or misread transactions. It is an aid, not a system of record. Do not rely on it for accounting, tax, or any financial decision without checking against your bank statements. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FiscalFox and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from inaccurate, missing, or delayed transaction data. FiscalFox is provided free of charge during early access.
7. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Material changes to the terms will be reflected in the date above. You can stop using FiscalFox and delete your data whenever you like.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
